About Me :)
Hello, my name is Aki and I’m a half Japanese-half Indian art nerd with a passion for digital forms of illustration and most recently, printmaking. The 3 loves of my life that inspire me the most are my family, cultures, and food.
I graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and a double minor in Digital Media Production and Communication Design in 2022 and have returned to my home in Houston, Texas since then.
If I’ve managed to tear myself away from the drawing board, you will probably find me getting my hands dirty by other means such as baking, sewing, or playing with my dog, Sachi.
